Constanze Ritzmann supports the project Resilient Urban NBI.

Ritzmann holds a diploma in communication psychology. In addition to several years working in the industry and in Japan, she worked as a research assistant in the field of human-computer interaction at Fraunhofer FIT. She is experienced in qualitative methods and a seasoned design thinking facilitator and trainer. She currently is complimenting her profile with a masters degree in demography.
