Wallin ensures office functionality and assists in planning and organising meetings and events at Stockholm Resilience Centre.

As the office coordinator, Wallin ensures that the office functions well both practically and socially. Wallin purchases office supplies and submits error reports to Stockholm University's property manager, Akademiska Hus. She coordinates and books travel for employees and guests and is a point of contact with the travel agency. Wallin also acts as the contact person for alarm management, which includes ordering opening hours, alarms and door codes.

Previously, Wallin worked with produce and sales in organic retail, and had internship with Water Aid, FUF and worked at the International Foundation for Science (IFS).

Wallin holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a bachelor's degree in Biology from Stockholm University.
