Sigrid Brydolf is a PhD student within the Mistra Food Futures project, investigating the role of social norms in sustainable food transformations.

As a PhD student within the Mistra Food Futures project, Brydolf works in the Policy work package to investigate how social norms can act as either a barrier or driver of sustainable transformations of the food system. Using agent-based modelling, she studies the psychological mechanisms behind the social norm dynamics that underpin bottom-up transformation processes in the food system.

With a background in Environmental Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Brydolf brings together diverse perspectives from fields such as sustainability science, transition studies, environmental humanities, and computational modelling to her interdisciplinary PhD project.
