As a PhD student within the Mistra Food Futures project, Brydolf works within the Policy work package to investigate norm shifts around sustainable food consumption. Using agent-based modelling, she studies the effect of policy interventions on consumers’ perceptions, values and behaviors regarding dietary choice.
With a background in Environmental Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Brydolf brings together diverse perspectives from fields such as sustainability science, transition studies, environmental humanities, and computational modelling to her interdisciplinary PhD project.
