Nora Giertz works as a process lead and facilitator in Fairtrans. More specifically she works with the Executive Programme for trade unions.

Giertz’ work span from educational design and facilitation for the Executive programme “Leadership towards a just transition” (Fackligt ledarskap för en rättvis klimatomställning), to help coordinate particpants and the logistics of the programme. The programme is a part of the research programme Fairtrans. Apart from that, Nora work as research assistant in various research projects outside of Fairtrans.

Giertz is a graduate of The Kaospilot School (Enterprising Leadership, 3y), she also holds a MSc from Stockholm Resilience Centre (Social-Ecological Resilience for Sustainable Development, 2y).

She is also a part-time student at Skillebyholm (4 y education in Biodynamic small-scale farming).
