About Professor Eduardo Viola
Prof. Eduardo Viola works at Department of International Relations and Center for Sustainable Development at the University of Brasilia.
Professor Eduardo Viola, born in Argentina and a Brazilian citizen since 1990, receieved his Doctorate in Political Science in 1982 at the University of Sao Paulo.
He is currently professor at the Department of International Relations and Center for Sustainable Development at the University of Brasilia, and visiting professor at the following universities: Stanford, Notre Dame, Colorado at Boulder, and Amsterdam.
He has been published extensively on the issues of environmental policy and politics in Brazil, international environmental politics and globalization and governance. Professor Viola is a Member of the Committee on Global Environmental Change, Brazilian Academy of Sciences.
