Johan Lundberg is press and engagement officer at the Stockholm Resilience Centre.

His work is particularly focused on creating and coordinating content for external communication in SRC:s different channels. He also helps to increase the centre's visibility in national and international media and is the main contact for press and media requests.

Lundberg has studied environmental science at Linköpings University and marketing and journalism at Stockholm University. He previously worked at Formas, where he founded the award-winning digital magazine Extrakt, back in 2013. Other places he has worked are Forskning & Framsteg, Baltic Sea Center and The Swedish Research Council for Sport Science.

He has worked in various ways with the process of making science results and insights accessible, understandable and put to use for different target groups and parts of society. As well as building bridges and collaborations between academia and important actors and organisations in society.
