Minda Holm supports Stockholm Resilience Centre's outreach and visibility through its digital platforms. She joined as communications officer in 2022, with a particular interest in how science communication can encourage action for social change.

At the Centre, Holm leads strategic planning, content development, and evaluation of social media outreach. She oversees regular website updates, contributes news articles, and manages a project focused on integrating research project websites into the Centre’s web platform. As internal communications lead, she coordinates staff meetings and curates content for internal newsletters. Additionally, she ensures compliance with the Centre’s visual identity guidelines, including updating the graphic manual.

Holm also supports the promotion and planning of the Stockholm Seminars and provides communications support for the Fairtrans programme, assisting with website maintenance and content creation.

Before joining the Centre, Holm worked in communications with the non-governmental organisation Svalorna Latinamerika and the media channel Supermiljöbloggen, where she focused on raising awareness of human rights, climate, and environmental issues. She also worked with science communication as a web editor for the SEQUAL research project.

Holm holds a BA in International Relations from Malmö University and an MSc in Social-Ecological Resilience for Sustainable Development from Stockholm Resilience Centre. For her master’s thesis, she explored how narratives in science and practice frame Indigenous environmental justice and stewardship. She also co-authored a study on resource frontier spaces in the Congo Basin and Southeast Asia, published in World Development Perspectives (2022).
