Clas-Uno Frykholm to the Swedish Agency for Cultural Policy Analysis

The new Agency´s remit is, on the basis of the national aims of arts and cultural policy, to evaluate, analyse and report on the repercussions of proposals and measures carried out in the area of culture and the arts.‘The decision to leave Mistra was a difficult one. I´ve enjoyed myself here and Mistra´s work is unique and important in every conceivable way. I´m very glad and honoured to have my new appointment, but in facing the tasks ahead I´m also humble. Culture and the arts are thrilling, but also fairly complicated to evaluate,´ Clas-Uno says.
Clas-Uno is to start his new job on 1 April 2011.
