Legal principles are presented and applied in relation to environmental aspects of Swedish, EU and international environmental law and free trade. Through lectures and seminars course participants discuss how enterprises can adapt to anticipated legal changes related to environmental issues.
Students will write and present a legal PM where they analyze, interpret and decide an actual case.
This course is given in collaboration with the Stockholm University Department of Law.
This course runs between 25 August - 24 October (half-time).
