Hållbar samhällsutveckling, 60 cr (only in Swedish)
Hållbar samhällsutveckling is an introductory course on sustainable development given by the Department of Physical Geography in close collaboration with Stockholm Resilience Centre (former CTM).
Hållbar samhällsutveckling is a 1-year course which provides an introduction for understanding the complex interactions between nature and society. The course is truly interdisciplinary and several departments at Stockholm University participate; including Human Geography, Systems Ecology, Philosophy, Political Science, Law and Sociology. The broad perspective of the course allows it to complement other studies. Some of the courses may also be taken separately.
Independent courses
Furthermore, students may enroll in independent courses separately. These courses are independent courses from the Introductory studies and Master studies.
