Emma is a systems developer in the Modelling and Visualization Lab. She has a background in computer science, and worked for nine years as a systems developer in IT business before joining Stockholm Resilience Centre in 2011.Emma is involved in different projects where skills in programming, GIS and databases are needed. She teaches and organizes courses and workshops on technology related topics and has built up and hosts the SRC infrastructure for software development and experimentation.
Her main interests are in web development, GIS, machine learning/data analysis, networks, simulations, and how this can contribute to enhancing the centre's social-ecological research.
