Katarina Eckerberg is Deputy Director Research in Stockholm Environment Institute and Professor in Public Administration at the Department of Political Science, UmeåUniversity. She is joint Theme Leader of the Multilevel institutions and governance of social-ecological systems at Stockholm Resilience Centre. Her research includes policy analysis and implementation studies of the social, political and institutional aspects of sustainability governance, including comparisons across multiple levels inSwedenandEurope.
She is the author of over 100 publications and member of many research committees and policy bodies in the field of environment and sustainable development.
